AWAY (MOLT LLUNY)

Sergio, a closeted thirty-something Catalan, travels to Utrecht in 2008 for a football match and, following an anxiety-induced panic attack, impulsively decides to stay. Isolated and undocumented in a foreign land with no money, language, or contacts, he must navigate precariousness and estrangement. The harsh realities of racism, classism, and toxic masculinity confront him as he erodes the façade of his former life.
