At OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival, we are committed to ADA accessibility and ensuring an inclusive experience for all attendees. We advocate for accessibility guidelines and require all host venues to comply with ADA standards.
Accessibility & Accommodations
- Venue Accessibility – Each host venue’s ADA-compliant features are listed on our website.
- Large Print Program Notes – Standard 16-point type provided; enlarged versions available upon request.
- Digital Access – Our full program booklet is available online for easy viewing.
- Accessible Parking – Limited ADA parking available at theaters and venues.
Hearing Impairments & ASL Requests
Assistive Listening Devices & ASL Interpretation – Available upon request. Please contact us at least 5 days in advance.

Transportation
Bus Accessibility
All Miami Beach and City of Miami buses are ADA accessible, with drivers trained to assist passengers with disabilities. The City of Miami also offers door-to-door paratransit service for those unable to use fixed-route buses. Apply at least two weeks prior to the festival for this service.
