French writer-director Simon Bouisson brings the haunting immersion of his interactive TV thrillers to his feature debut, Drone. Émilie, a new architecture student, who works as a cam girl to make ends meet, a fact she keeps from everyone, even her girlfriend. One evening, a drone appears at her window. From then on, it follows her whenever she is alone. Initially intrigued, she forms an unusual bond with it. But as she tries to break free from its grip, the trap tightens, leading to a chilling confrontation with the unknown watcher.
